Dr. Lisa Morris graduated from Purdue University Veterinary program. She has been practicing small animal medicine for over 20 years. Dr. Morris continues to practice top notch veterinary medicine while providing professional staff and a friendly atmosphere at Oak Grove Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Morris has two children who keep her busy when she is not in the office with volleyball and dirt bike racing. In her free time she enjoys keeping up on her health and reading a good novel.





Dr. Lesa Hofmeyer





Dr. Lesa Hofmeyer is a native of Southern Illinois, graduated from University of Washington, Seattle, B.S in Microbiology and Immunology then Purdue School of Veterinary Medicine in 1986. Small Animal Practitioner and owner of Northeast Veterinary Clinic in Kokomo for 14 years. She is now married to her husband Alan living in Green Hill. Dr. Hofmeyer has four grown children and a bunch of grandchildren that she enjoys spending time with.





 





Darci James





My name is Darci James, I have Previously worked for several years at a veterinary hospital in Danville, IL. I decided to take a break from being a veterinary assistant while raising my family. I joined the Oak Grove team in January 2018 . When I am not in the clinic you can find me at school substitute teaching. I love animals and enjoy making sure that they are in the best of hands while in my care here at the clinic.





Abby Tucker





Hello! I’m Abby Tucker. I have worked as a veterinary assistant for the past 4 years while simultaneously studying Animal Sciences at Purdue University. I am currently pursuing a degree in Veterinary Nursing and will soon graduate and obtain my RVN license. I was raised with an immense passion for the livestock industry, which fuels my desire to provide the best possible care for animals in my care. I have 3 dogs, 2 German Shorthaired Pointers named Riggins & Kaia, and a Walker Coonhound mix named Jaxie. In my free time I love going to rodeos, fishing, hunting, and taking my dogs on out-of-state hunting trips!





Brittany Buchanan





Hi, I'm Brittany Buchanan. I've worked as a licensed nurse in a variety of fields for the last 8 years after graduating from DACC. Prior to nursing school I worked as a veterinary assistant on and off from 2009-2013. I have always had a passion for animals. My favorite thing to do is be with my family (including my four dogs), but my hobbies also include photography.





Kailan Martin                     





Hi, I'm Kailan. I have worked in various veterinary clinics and boarding facilities for the last 7 years. I am pursuing a degree in animal sciences from Purdue University with a concentration in animal production. Animals have always been a big part of my life and have helped me determine a career path. My hobbies include camping, fishing, kayaking, and hiking with my German shepherd mix, Ruger.





 





Rylee Freeman









Hi, I'm Rylee. I recently graduated from Purdue University's Veterinary Nursing Program and am preparing to take the VTNE to become a registered technician. IN my free time, I enjoy reading, crafting, and spending time with my boyfriend and my cat Fluff. I look forward to working with each of you and taking care of your fur babies!
