Darci James

My name is Darci James, I have Previously worked for several years at a veterinary hospital in Danville, IL. I decided to take a break from being a veterinary assistant while raising my family. I joined the Oak Grove team in January 2018 . When I am not in the clinic you can find me outdoors gardening & taking care of my chickens or at the lake! I love animals and enjoy making sure that they are in the best of hands while in my care here at the clinic.

Abby Tucker

Hello! I’m Abby Tucker. I started working as a veterinary assistant at Oak Grove while simultaneously studying veterinary sciences at Purdue University in 2019. I took on the role of practice manager in 2021. I was raised with an immense passion for the livestock industry, which fuels my desire to provide the best possible care for animals in my care. My husband & I have 3 dogs, 2 German Shorthaired Pointers named Riggins & Kaia, and a Walker Coonhound mix named Jaxie. In my free time I love anything outdoors including going to the lake, fishing, hunting, and taking my GSPs on out-of-state upland hunting trips!
